Creator program

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

1. What we collect

When you apply. Your first and last name, email address, and the social handles you give us. A link to a post, if you choose to include one.

When you accept the Creator Agreement. The name you type as your signature, the version of the agreement you accepted, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. We keep that so there is a clear record of what you agreed to and when.

While you are in the program. Clicks on your link, orders placed through it, commission earned, and payouts sent. Your PayPal email if you give us one so we can pay you.

We do not collect your bank details, your card details, your date of birth, or your government ID. We do not ask for a Social Security number.

2. Why we have it

  • To review your application and tell you our decision
  • To create your account and issue your tracking link
  • To count your sales and pay your commission
  • To prove what you agreed to, if there is ever a question about it
  • To email you about the program and your payouts
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone building advertising profiles on you.

3. Who else sees it

Only the companies we need to run the program, and only the parts they need:

  • Our affiliate tracking provider, which records the clicks and orders on your link and calculates commission
  • Our database and hosting providers, which store the information and serve this site
  • PayPal, when we send you money
  • Our email provider, when we write to you
  • Our accountant, and anyone else we are legally required to report to

The one exception is the leaderboard inside your dashboard. Other creators can see your handle and sale count there. Your earnings are hidden unless you turn them on yourself, and your email address is never shown.

4. Cookies

This site sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in to your dashboard. It does nothing else and we do not run advertising trackers here. Separately, when someone clicks your creator link, our affiliate provider sets a cookie in that person's browser on voyagecoat.com so the sale can be credited to you. That one is covered by the store's privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

If we turn your application down, we delete it within twelve months. If you join and later leave, we keep your account information for as long as we need it to finish paying you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, which in the United States generally means several years. Your acceptance of the Creator Agreement is kept for as long as it could still matter in a dispute.

6. Where it is stored

On servers in the United States. If you are applying from outside the US, your information will be transferred there and handled under US law.

7. What you can ask us to do

Email us and we will do any of these, whatever country you are in:

  • Tell you what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Send you a copy of it
  • Delete it, once we no longer need it to pay you or to meet a legal obligation
  • Stop emailing you

Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by law rather than by our choice. We do not ask which one applies. Just email us and we will handle it.

8. Children

This program is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find out we have, we delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and email creators in the program.
